"We ordered a birthday cake from this store. Due to an online glitch the candles that we ordered weren’t available in the store. That was promptly remedied. The management team was very helpful and forthcoming and we greatly appreciate them! The cake itself was ready when we arrived and the finished product was absolutely gorgeous! We will be definitely be returning customers when the weather is a bit warmer!"

"I will say, I absolutely absolutely love the cappuccino blast. It is very inconsistent, but as far as the customer service goes with this place, they do go above and beyond I have spoke to the owner of the franchise and the manager, which has turned this place around last summer last summer it was absolutely horrific. I don’t know if anybody remembers that, but as far as customer service goes, they are amazing. They are trying their hardest to solve some of the problems with the inconsistency with the drinks very helpful. Might not be able to get my coffee all the time at least the one that I really really like I always just get a different one if they don’t have the blast , but if you go to this place, you have a very, very great manager named Brandy to speak to you if you ever have any issues,"

"Ice cream was good but very slow service, because they only had 2 staff working. Get these people some help. Should be a least 4 workers there, they were very busy and it was 7.00pm"
